Refund and Cancellation Policy

All digital products sold on CreatorOS are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds for digital products may be considered in these cases:

• Product was not delivered due to a technical error
• Product is significantly different from its description
• Duplicate charge occurred

To request a refund, email hello@wearecreatoros.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or course materials have been delivered.

If you have not yet received access to the course, contact hello@wearecreatoros.com within 48 hours of purchase.

Creator subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
